Bring Clutch to your city
Clutch starts in Portland and is built to open across the Pacific Northwest. Join the franchise interest list and we will reach out for an intro call.

- 01
A short menu, built for speed
Tenders, sliders, sandos, rotisserie and a handful of sides. Fewer stations to staff, faster to train, faster out the window.
- 02
One heat ladder, every item
Guests pick a heat once and it follows them through the menu. The same ladder runs from the menu board to the kitchen ticket.
- 03
Technology we own
Ordering site, kitchen display, store menus and prices, and a rewards program, all built in-house for Clutch rather than rented per store.
- 04
Built for many stores
Every store has its own menu, prices, hours and late-night switch from the same system. Adding a store is a record, not a project.
- 05
One look, enforced
Logo, colors, type and packaging live in one brand system, and our code refuses to ship anything off-brand.
- 06
Something new every month
A monthly drop: a new item, a new cup film and a new sticker, so there is always a reason to come back.

The kitchen is the product
Every tender is breaded when it is ordered, fried, oiled at the heat the guest picked and boxed. The kitchen display shows each ticket from received to ready, and guests watch the same steps on their phone.

Where we are going
Portland first. Then the cities along I-5 and across to Spokane and Boise. We want partners who can open more than one store in a market.
Somewhere else? Tell us. Good partners change the map.

This is not an offer to sell a franchise. An offer can only be made through a Franchise Disclosure Document, and in states that require registration, only after the franchise is registered or exempt there.
